The reality based survival system is adaptable for military, police, security or civilian training, utilizing traditional Systema and modern methods of Russian Special Forces. The roots of Systema is Russian Martial Art; date to the 10th century it was developed by Cossacks (Russian Warriors). It is based on natural flow of energy and efficiency of motion within space and time.
