Requirements for new instructors: you must have at least 2 years of any martial arts experience, be in a good physical shape and willing to put 100% of your effort during the training. We highly recommend attending our regular 3-day self-defense seminar prior to attending this instructor’s training.

Systema Spetsnaz history, theory, and rules of street fighting
Benefits of Systema Spetsnaz vs other martial arts
Advanced principles of reality-based self-defense
Combination and correlation between 4 vital combat motions: linear, circular, square and figure 8 motions
Three-seconds combat: mastering 3-plane concept, the efficiency of levers, a point of support, weight transfer with rotation in a single application to finish the fight.
Advanced strikes, punches, and kicks (how to generate the power using only 25% of physical strength).
Advanced principles of joint locks, grabs and choice releases
One finger takedown and knock-out techniques
Fighting with an opponent stronger than you
Advanced weapon disarming techniques
