SYSTEMA SPETSNAZ GROUP CLASSES
Where: Moscow, Russia, Spetsnaz training in the Olympic Sports Complex
When:
– Tuesday and Thursday from 19:00 till 21:00 (Moscow time) – Gym № 7, choreography southern sector
– Wednesday from 19: 30 till 21: 30 – Gym #4, Aerobics room
Price:
Single Class (2 hours long) – 20 euros
6 class package – 100 euros
PRIVATE SYSTEMA SPETSNAZ TRAINING
We also offer private classes with Vadim Starov for the following subjects:
- Defensing techniques: Strikes, Punches, Kicks
- Wrist Locks
- Takedowns
- Inner strength (willpower and power of the mind)
- Psychotechnic “Alpha Hypnosis”
- Intuition development and reserve human abilities

Where: 2 locations (gym in Moscow or at the Systema Training Camp – 180 kilometers from Moscow surrounding the Russian forest near the lake, city of Tver)
Cost: 100 euros per hour
