SYSTEMA SPETSNAZ – FIVE LEVELS PROGRAM:

Systema Spetsnaz  Level One

Theoretical knowledge & practical skills to acquire the 1 st rank of hand to hand combat Systema Spetsnaz training.

Systema Spetsnaz Theory:

1. Historical aspects of the Russian Hand to Hand combat
2. Basic Complex – Survival in the extreme situations
3. Basic movement “Figure 8″
4. Theory of the vertical and horizontal axis

Special acrobatics: 
1. Side falls
2. Forward falls
3. Position an assured from different types of strikes
4. Forward somersault
5. Backward somersault

Self Defense Training:

1. Stances & Movements
2. Self Defense against Grabs & Chokes
3. Self Defense against strikes
4. Self Defense against weapons, weapons disarming techniques

Power / endurance / flexibility development exercises: 
1. Side to side falls – 15 times per 1 minute
2. Forward somersault with U-turn – 15 times per 1 minute
3. Forward falls with U-turn – 10 times per 1 minute
4. Exercises “Crocodile” – 5 meters
5. Exercises “Frog” – 5 meters

Hand to Hand Combat Training:

1. Bases of destabilization (bio mechanics)
2. Physics
3. Basic Self Defense with the sticks, guns, weapons.
4. Special developing exercises

Systema Spetsnaz Level Two

Theoretical knowledge & practical skills to acquire the 2 nd rank of hand to hand combat Systema Spetsnaz training.

Systema Spetsnaz Theory:

1. Basic First Aid
2. Basic principles of the balance/disbalance
3. Danger and risk in human activity.

Special acrobatics:
1. Rolls on the shoulders followed with different types of the strikes

Self Defense Training :

1. Movement “Figure 8″ in 4 directions
2. Vertical and horizontal axis with hands and leg – simultaneously
3. Double strikes & punches
4. Fencing techniques
5. Exercises / Movements Combination from 1st & 2nd levers

Power / endurance / flexibility development exercises: 
1. Side falls – 25 times per 1 minute.
2. Forward somersault with U-turn – 25 times per 1 minute.
3. Forward falls with U-turn – 20 times per 1 minute.
4. Exercise “Crocodile” – 15 meters
5. Exercise “Frog” – 15 meters

Hand to Hand Combat Training:

1. Throwing / Disbalancing techniques
2. Self Defense against grabs & Chokes
3. Defense against strikes & punches
4. Defense against knife
5. Special complex – when an opponent attackers you from behind
6. Weapons disarms – when attackers coming form behind (knife /gun torts to your back)
7. Releases from the seizures
8. Self Defense against kicks

Theoretical knowledge & practical skills to acquire the 3 rd rank of hand to hand combat Systema SpetsNaz training.

Systema Spetsnaz Theory:

1. Survival extreme conditions
2. Concept “3 planes”
3. Principles the “Question Mark”, “Hypotenuse”
4. Concept “Weapons”

Special acrobatics: 
1. Forward and back undercuts
2. Combination all falls, somersaults, rolls and undercuts from 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels

Self Defense Training:

1. Movement variations of the “Figure 8 ” by hands and legs as methods of attack and defending techniques
2. Triple strikes & punches

Power / endurance / flexibility development exercises:
1. Side falls – 30 times per 1 minute.
2. Forward somersault with U-turn – 30 times per 1 minute.
3. Forward falls with U-turn – 25 times per 1 minute.
4. “Crocodile” – 20 meters
5. “Frog” – 20 meters
6. “Kazachok” – 15 meters

Hand to Hand Combat Training:

1. “3 planes” as a release method from the grabs, strikes, punches & kicks
2. Fingers and wrist locks
3. Release from grabs & chokes: at the front & from behind
4. Defense against strikes with the legs
5. Removal of a sentry (neutralization, containment, frisk, bind, escorting)
6. 3 rd person defends – 4 variations.
7. Knives & Guns disarming techniques
8. Attack in the hand to hand combat – detention, search, resistance, strikes & kicks
9. Pressure points & primary zones
10. Using objects as an improvised weapons

Systema Spetsnaz Level Four

Systema Spetsnaz Theory:

1. Hand to hand combat – as a way of the person development
2. Definition of the basic stages of preparation of the high quality expert on hand to hand combat Systema Spetsnaz
3. General characteristics of organizational and methodical features of hand to hand combat training
4. Principles of Systema Spetsnaz Training

Special acrobatics: 
1. Turn handspring on every side – minimum 5 times on every side
2. Long under swing with running and upstart
3. Moving with a gun in three dimension – minimum 10 elements

Self Defense Training:

Work with objects: 
1. Stick – minimum 10 elements for each hand conjoint in one movement
2. Advance exercises & elements with every day objects

Power / endurance / flexibility development exercises: 
1. “Gambo” with U-turn – minimum 20 times
2. Forward falls with U-turn – 35 times per 1 minute
3. Forward somersault with U-turn – 40 times per 1 minute

Hand to Hand Combat Training:

1. “Full Nelson”
2. 4 sectors of knife defense
3. Self Defense with every day objects against strikes, punches, kicks and weapons
4. Sparring with two opponents
5. Tactics in hand to hand combat
2. Self Defense in difficult conditions
3. Multiple opponent combat
4. Hand to hand combat with weapons

Spetsnaz Spetsnaz Level Five

Theoretical knowledge & practical skills to acquire the 5 rd rank of hand to hand combat Systema Spetsnaz training.

Systema Spetsnaz Theory:

1. Stress in hand to hand combat.
2. The survival in the technical accidents, failures, acts of nature.
3. “45 degrees angels ” and its application.

Special acrobatics: 
1. One arm cart-wheel on every side – minimum 5 times on every side
2. Cart-wheel with turning
3. Special acrobatics with stick

Self Defense Training:

Work with objects:
1. Work with log or crowbar – minimum 8 elements combined in one movement
2. Juggling techniques with balls
3. Juggling techniques with 2 knifes in one hand – minimum 15 times

Power / endurance / flexibility development exercises:
1. Jumps “hands – leg” – 10 times
2. Walking in a position “bridge” – 2 directions of movement – 3 meters
3. Forward somersault with U-turn – 50 times per 1 minute

Hand to Hand Combat Training:

1. “Figure 8″ principles against strikes, punches & sticks
2. Defense with the tying hands
3. Stick combat
4. Knife combat
5. Sparring with 2 opponents with a knife or sticks
6. Throwing knife techniques: distance – 4 meters – 5 times by each hand

 

Systema Spetsnaz Master Training

Theoretical knowledge & practical skills to acquire the MASTER rank of hand to hand combat Systema Spetsnaz training.

Systema Spetsnaz Theory:

1. The organization of the effective process of thinking during training of hand to hand combat
2. The adjust to the actualities of life
3. The principles of levers. Levers classification
4. Spiritual and moral recovery, physical and psychological development of growing up generation.

Special acrobatics: 
Special acrobatics with the close eyes – minimum 12 elements.

Self Defense Training:

1. 2 stick techniques – minimum 8 elements on each hand combined in one movement.
2. Advance juggling techniques with real & improvised weapons

Power / endurance / flexibility development exercises:
1. Walking in a position “bridge” – 6 directions of movement till 2 meters.
2. Forward somersault with U-turn – 60 times per 1 minute.

Hand to Hand Combat Training:

1. 12 sectors of defense against strikes, punches, kicks
2. Sparring with 3 opponents – attack in limited space
3. Knife throwing – target on the back of you- distance – 4 meters – 5 times by each hand
