The main peculiarity of the striking technique of Kadochnikov system is demonstrated in this dvd. Principles of defense and attack used in Russian hand to hand combat are demonstrated on the examples of kicks, strikes by a hand, a stick, cold steel. A distinctive feature of the striking technique of Russian style is use of the wave principle of strike's energy forming. This gives an opportunity to get powerful strikes with high penetrative ability when expenses of muscular efforts are relatively low. The main defense principle is: not to answer force with force, but to give it the necessary direction, discomposing the opponent this way.
