It was the last seminar for 2009, bringing together a great group of men from different walks of life. The common interest and positive spirit created a learning platform for everyone. In two days of training, I saw faces light up and stress melt away. The physical skills were no longer a barrier, as the fighting spirit grew stronger. Everyone discovered their own path from the theory of combat, developing mentally by grasping the knowledge that came from my heart.

I also would like to thank Andre Fonarev and the staff of the Extreme Sports Center for their hospitality, making this event possible.
